Giving back to Educators - Win Free Trial Products

1. How to enter:

a. Entry:

To enter, please share our Makeblock social media post about the free product trial program on Facebook or LinkedIn. Your post must:
- Clearly describe the educational challenges you currently face in your classroom, school, or district.
- Explain how [Product name] would benefit your educational setting.
- Express your excitement about the potential to win a [Product Name].

b. Method:

- Share our Facebook or LinkedIn post about the Makeblock Free Product Trial Program.
- Include in your post why you want to win an xTool P2, xTool S1+ Screen Printing Kit, or mBot2 to address your educational challenges.
- Use the hashtag #makeblock #xtooledu.
- After sharing, submit the link to your post in the entry form to complete your entry.

c. Dates:

You must be at least 18 years old to enter and be an educator or work for an educational institution. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM Pacific Time on the 24th of each month (by the 25th of each month) and the winners will be announced on the last day of each month.
Number of entries permitted: Only one entry per person is permitted

3. Prize:

a. Every month, three(3) winners will be selected to receive the free trial products. One (1) winner will be selected to receive an xTool P2 Educational Premier Bundle, one (1) winner will be selected to receive an xTool S1 40W Screen Printing Basic Kit, and three(3) winners will be selected to receive an mBot2 (the "Prize"). The odds of winning the Prize depend on the number of entries received.

b. Winner is responsible for any and all related taxes and other expenses related to claiming the Prize. Taxes (federal, state and local, and any foreign) and other obligations are solely the responsibility of the winner.

c. Winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations related to this contest, including relating to the acceptance of and disposition of any Prize.

d. No substitution of the Prize is offered, no transfer of the Prize to a third party is permitted, and the Prize may not be redeemed for cash value (unless at the sole discretion of Makeblock).

4. Eligibility:

The contest is open to all residents of the United States. Employees of Makeblock, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members, to include parents, siblings, spouses, and siblings, and/or those living in the same household of employees are not eligible to participate.

5. Winner Notification:

Winner will be notified via the email provided in their entry form following the judging committee’s review period. Winner will have three business days after being notified by Makeblock to provide documentation of compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies. If the winner does not timely do so, the winner will be disqualified and their Prize forfeited, and an alternative winner may be selected and notified.

6. Other Terms:

a. If an entry involves a photograph or other media (collectively, the “Media”), the Media should only contain images and likenesses for which the entrant has legal and valid right, permissions, and license, which must include the right, permission, and license to submit to this contest.

b. If the Media features the image, name, likeness, or other indicia identifying any person other than yourself, you must have the consent to submit that Media to this contest at the time of entry.

c. In lieu of a monetary fee to enter the contest, submitting an entry constitutes irrevocable permission for Makeblock to use the entrant’s name, likeness, entry, and derivatives of entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

d. By submitting an entry, you consent to receiving marketing calls, emails, and other content from Makeblock.
